Spark plug maintenance:
The spark plug is a key component of  two wheel chopper motorcycle  engines. Normal combustion of the mixture is the key to the normal operation of the engine. Note:
1) determine the thread size and piston rod length. If the piston rod is too short, it will cause damage to the engine caused by coke and plug the hole in the threaded portion.
2), before applying the spark plug wrench, carefully by hand threaded portion of the spark plug is screwed into the cylinder head, to prevent damage.
3), using a dedicated vehicle tools spark plug socket, spark plug and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
Air filter maintenance:
Motorcycle air filter is the respiratory system. If the air filter is clogged with dust, air resistance will become larger, the engine power output will decline, increased fuel consumption, but also make the engine difficult to start, easy to turn off, severe dust into the interior of the cylinder will be increased wear on engine components . Clean the air filter according to the following steps:
1) Remove the air filter cartridge from the car;
2) If the filter sponge foam, use neutral detergent carefully cleaned, do not wring, dry cleaning is completed water 2-3 drops of oil (for absorption of air in very fine dust), with hand uniform, AS IS Replace; paper filter if it is, must not use liquid cleaning, hard knock out internal dust, conditional use compressed air to blow in the opposite direction by the intake air (do not engage in counter, otherwise the dust blown into the pores Zhixin will be more severe obstruction); Example: QS150T Zhixin blow out from the inside, the storm blow to the Prince from the outer holes.
3) Replace the filter when you want to pay attention to the mounting direction and intake direction;
4), there is dust, dirty environment, traffic, should increase the frequency of cleaning and found a sponge soaked filter paper to be broken or replace the product immediately, otherwise it will damage the engine or black smoke.
